Live in the Sunshine, swim the sea and drink the wild air.

My Day 2 has been an interesting one with all the symptoms of a really bad head cold and getting through with an unwell child attached to my hip. Today really challenged me personally in so many ways and it was really helpful to know that I wasn't alone on this journey.
It was amazing to get the feedback from everyone on how well they are doing and how committed everyone is to their own personal wellbeing goals.
Each of you has a different motivation and it is so incredible that you are taking the time to really think about your own self care routines and what habits you are really shifting in these 30 days. The longevity of the results are completely reliant on what you learn and then apply daily during this time.
There will be a video uploaded tomorrow for a mini HIIT session. It is really simply designed to make it easy to be able to achieve this in your living room or the local park.
You have options to work at a high intensity or a lower intensity depending on how you are feeling and where your fitness is at.
Have a great nights sleep.
